Cuttings transport

06 November 2012 Ladies and Gentlemen,
I am doing some work on cuttings transport in the annulus with particular regard to predicting when the annulus should be clean.
The standard formulae are all very good, but (I presume) apply to a static pipe in a perfect annulus.

Is anyone aware of how to factor in real life environment variables such as pipe RPM and swab/surge whilst working the pipe and circulating.??

Best regards.........Hendo.
