HPHT well design and construction key issues?

Seeking SPREAD members, individual or organisational HPHT well design, planning, & construction: experiences, discussion, comments for the following.

Based on a 3-4day course/workshop agenda and affording sufficient time for groups or individual workgroup sessions.

What would be the top and well specific, HPHT, relevant subjects matters you would expect or would like to see to covered  in regards to HPHT design, planning, engineering and well construction for such a proposal.

What else to consider equally welcomed.

In return at the end of this process I will attach the outline to what we as an industry conclude is demanded.
