Retrieving the production packer.

03 April 2016 Hi,
I am working on an abandonment plan and I require realistic timings for retrieving the production packers of 8-12 years old subsea wells. Water depths ranges from 400 - 600ft and reservoir pressures are mainly sub-normal due to production over the years.

My questions are:

1.How long did it take to unseat the production packer by using the shifting tool?

2.If the first step wasn´t successful, then how long did it take to mill it out?

3.If 1 & 2 were not successful or used what other options are there and how long did it take to successful apply it?

....

Here are some technical details with regards to the packers:

1. The packers are the retrievable hydraulic set types (Weatherford bearcat and hellcat packers) and are normally set in a 9-5/8" production casing (CRA).

2. The production tubing size is 4-1/2" with premium connections.

3. Setting depth ranges from 6000 - 8500ft MD with 45 - 55deg inclination.

Also please while providing your answers, kindly indicate how the strings were run; slickline, coil or drillpipe.

Thanking you in advance.
