Design Loads for Coal Bed Methane Production Casing / Fracking

03 April 2017 Hi,
I wish to know if anyone has a fixed set of design loads for casing design should you think that there is going to be a fracking phase.

Alternatively - What are the typical pressure seen at the surface and downhole. Please provide details on the Fracking Type - Fracking through tubing with a packer, Without a packer etc..
