Abandonment Data North Sea

I have recently returned to Aberdeen from Malaysia and my initial task is to look at abandonment strategy.  There seems to be a lot of discussion around abandonment and many people looking at this.

Are there any good forums or groups discussing abandonment?  Is there any performance data available sharing lessons/techniques?  I am looking at Rushmore but data is limited.  Before heading back here I was involved in the PETRONAS review of abandonment, so may have some info to share from their rigless approach.

I am specifically looking at platforms first, but will be reviewing subsea next.

Any tips appreciated
