Directional Drilling BHA

I am currently in a debate re 12-¼" BHA design for a directional well (maximum inclination 55 deg) with a directional drilling contractor and appreciate your feedback.

In summary what they propose is a RSS and some M/LWD tools, 2 monels - 4 x HWDP - Jar - 4 x HWDP - 57 its DP - 21 x HWDP - DP to surface.

I am asking for a justification for the 57 its of DP between the HWDP (and have a concern on effectiveness of the jar in this BHA design).
