Jack-up Aceptance Testing and Mobilisation criteria

Dear colleagues,

We would like to gather a set of world-class procedures and guidelines for acceptance testing of a new-build jack-up prior to mobilisation.

Since it is likely these types of rigs will have new crews, possibly even new to the industry, the levels of competence will be important as will be any "commissioning the equipment as part of crew familiarisation".

It is also likely that third party equipment will be pre-installed, most importantly the cement unit, wireline logging unit and casing handling systems (eg stabbing arms).
