Drilling Low Pressure Reservoirs

Have a reservoir drawn down to 200 psi - injecting gas to try to build up BHP to 600 psi - then will try to drill using mud to allow for gravel packing - looking for ways to reduce density to the 6 PPG range in the drilling fluid - have thought about 3M beads and aphrons but not sure if either will work - any other ideas?
