Jetting conductor without ROV

I am planning to jet my 30" conductor with a shallow water semi sub rig. The problem is the rig is only equipped with a subsea camera. I have Cameron STC-10 wellhead configuration with CAM RT but no drill ahead tool available. Have anyone jet conductor without ROV on a semi sub rig? Do you guys think it is feasible?
