Gas traps in header boxes overloaded with cuttings.

13 September 2010 The old chesnut of gas traps not working due to cuttings pile up in flow line header boxes. Notably when drilling the larger wellbore sizes i.e. 17-1/2"

What practical solutions, observations, specific design recommendations or general comments can be applied, appreciated.
