Abandonment of MLS Well with Possible live 9 5/8/7" Annulus

I´m piecing together a programme for the abandonment work of a well which was drilled in the Dutch Waters in 1982 and info is sparse. This is a Cameron MLS (Torque Set?) and I am still trying to establish with them the correct suspension caps and wellheads.
Because it has been down there since 1982 there is a requirement to cover all contingencies for this well, as in its history the 9 5/8 / 7” annulus was ”˜live´ after a bad cement job and was bullhead dead with heavy WBM. There is a possibility it maybe ”˜live´ below the sealed caps. There was a mechanical plug and cement plug placed above the perfs in the 7" casing. The 7" casing is hung in the MLS.
The plan is a 30" conductor.
Removal of the 20” (non-sealing cap).
A surface well head system to allow for the tie ins of the above onto 21/1/4” BOP and for 20”
Removal of 13 3/8 & 9 5/8 (sealed caps with BPV). Possible trapped pressure below the caps and damaged o BPV not functioning. (J-type sealed retrieving too with stinger)

Tie-in of 20”/13 3/8 & 9 5/8 to mudline and of the 13 3/8 / 9 5/8 on 13 5/8 BOP.
As anyone been involved on similar best/worst case with 'live' 9 5/8/7" annulus below the 9 5/8 cap. Arranging contingency for having to retrieve the cap with damaged BPV that may or may not seal.

Thanks for your input.
