Corrosion inhibitors and H2S scavengers

Has anyone any advice on Corrosion inhibitors and H2S scavengers please?
We have recently had some issues with rubber degrading and wondered if the chemical effects of the inhibitors and scavengers were at least partially contributory.
I will not mention trade names, but the corrosion inhibitor is;
Alkyl Pyridine Benzyl Chloride Quaternary, Sodium Sulphite, Hexahydro, Sim Triazine, Non Ionic Surfactant
And the H2S scavenger is;
Hexahydro - 1,3,5-Tris (2-Hydroxy-Ethal)-Slim-Triazine.
