Tensile rating of NPT threads

16 June 2013 I'm looking at setting an open hole cement plug in 4â…›" hole. Because of the limited ID, I need to use a small stinger, and the only thing I can find in the region within my time frame is 2" nominal galvanized iron piping with 2" NPT threads. Since I am looking to run some 300 m of it I am a bit concerned about the tensile rating. I've figured out where to get the tensile stress of the tube body, so I think I have that covered, but I think the 2" NPT fitting is probably the weak point. Does anyone know where to find a tensile rating of these fittings, how to calculate it, or has anyone run pipe like this as a stinger before?

Thanks,
Wei.
