Need to identify this junk that came out the hole

14 September 2015 Folks;
Wanted to try and shortcut to an answer!
We got the following piece of solid plastic out of the hole, and we are having real trouble identifying where it might have come from, we did drill up a Fasdrill, but it does not look like anything I have ever seen before come back out from a Fasdrill, and just wanted to see if anybody on spread could help.
