2 stage cementation with tapered casing

Hello,

9 5/8'' casing collapse at 2400m because no cement behind and creeping salt. Well drilled into the reservoir already (5050m MD), so no option to increase mud weight. Available Swage tool has already bigger minimum taper OD than restriction in casing -so cannot be used. Because of the creep rate of app. 1mm/hour it was decided to run 4 1/2'' casing instead of 7'' csg.  Stage tool only available for 7'' csg => tapered casing run.

Did anybody run a tapered casing with 2 stage cementation and can share experience ?

Initial plan was to cement 1rst stage w/o cement plug.The design of the XO between casings was adjusted to be tapered w/o any internal upsets to assure cement plug will not get stuck at the XO.

Second problem is drill out the DV bomb which will be located at the casing XO as well. We discussed several solutions and decided to make the DV bomb fishable with a taper. Did anybody performed such job before and could share some lessons learned ?
