Internal Phase Salinity Invert Emulsion Drilling Fluid

We are going to drill a pressured (~2.0 SG) salt section using a synthetic oil invert emulsion drilling fluid. Our plan is to increase the salinity of the internal phase (decreasing activity) to > 350,000 ppm but insuring it doesn't exceed 400.000 ppm to avoid possible deterioration of the emulsifier package,

Have seen the AADE paper on this by Dearing, but was wondering if anyone else has field experience (good or bad) using this technique.

thanks
