Change Wellhead from Surface into Subsea System

03 August 2017 Hallo Gents,

Do you have any experience in changing Surface Wellhead System into Subsea Wellhead System? Can we do that consider that well wellhead hanger and packoff is installed in surface? Do you have any real experience?

Background : Currently we have problem with platform stability and one of the challenge given is to change the Surface Wellhead that already installed into Subsea system.
