Drilling budget and cost public dataset

15 July 2018 I am working on my final project of an MSc in IT for the oil and gas industry, which consists in developing a system for budgeting based on some data from drilling programs (depths, times) and contracts (unit prices). The idea is to create an AFE automatically from the drilling program, based on a contracts database. Does anyone know where I can find a public dataset where it would be possible to find well costs and budgets for testing the system when it is finished? Thanks!
