Elastomers base oils

I am interested in the effects of base oils on elastomers. I know
all about the analine point and its swelling effect, but was more
concerned with starting to gather a data base of actual tools that
have elastomer components.
If anyone can send me their experience with a particular tool, the
type of mud used, the environment the tool was run in and the
failure rate, I will be happy to tabulate and post on spread.
