NO BUMP WIPER PLUG

20 September 2018 Hello I recentlly went to a 13 3/8" cementing job and I had this problem. When I reach the final pressure, 1500 Psi, we stoped the pumping but the pressur drop to 400 Psi. The floting equipment was test and, was ok. So what could happend there?
