‘Drilling training’ at fundamental level (according to what learning experts inform us) should be 

• 50% or less instructor led.
• 50% or more participant, engagement led.

Therefore, in your ‘drilling fundamentals training' courses’ experiencesd 

How, What, When, Who, How, can a greater than 50% participant engagement or goals be met, to assure their learning goals and objectives.

For both:

• in house face to face courses
• e-learning blended learning courses

What members experiences are either good or bad to share, all are welcomed.
