Minimum allowable rotation with rotary table

Any of you has experience in rotating the string with rotary table (rig equipped with TDS, no Kelly)? was there any limitation in terms of the torque/k pounds? its getting critical to have string in dynamic condition (at least rotate 5-10 RPM to avoid string being stucked)  and would be good to know if there is such real cases and if any document can be shared would be good. Also what kind of slips were used during rotation with rotary
