7in Magnum Composite BP Below 4-1/2" Tubing

Current Case:

7in Magnum Composite BP set below 4-½" Tubing. Intention is to drill/mill out the BP through tubing. 

I wonder if any would have conducted similar ops or any close wise activity? Or what would be the suggestion from yourside?

How would you do it and/or what would you do?

Info:

Production zone below the BP; 11m from WEG to BP; CT Milling BHA length is 4.5m; intention to conduct the ops riglessly.
