Top Filling Drill Pipe
Dear colleagues
With regards to Top Filling Drill Pipe and tripping in hole, at what rate (gpm) is fluid typically pumped into the empty drill pipe?
I know usually the string will have floats with the auto-fill feature and I am specifically asking how the pipe is filled and at what rate when there is a closed end and auto - filling is not possible.
