3 1/2" Inner String Run Inside 4 1/2" Tubing

Been asked about running an inner string of 3 ½" inside 4 ½" tubing,.

The well is not highly deviated and the minimum ID of the 4 ½" tubing is 3.813".

I understand from a OD vs ID point it should be fine as long as the 3 ½" tubing is flush!

Just wondered if there is a recommended tolerance for inner-string running?
