NSD on Floating Rig

Is there anybody out in the community that has used NSD (Non Stop Drilling or Continuous Circulation) on a floating rig?

• How did you make your NSD connections?
• I understand the hose part.
• I'd like to find out what other users have done to avoid working at height with the hose.
• How was the string managed to do the hose work at rigfloor level?

I'd like to hear from anybody with floating NSD experience.  Probably also follow up with a call.
