Aggressivity of Under-reamer Vs PDC bit.

On the upcoming well, we changed our bit strategy from an aggressive PDC bit to the less aggressive one to ensure that our PDC does not out drills the UR. Once the bit change is done I realized that I do not have any data/graph test numbers on the aggressivity of UR cutters. If we do not know the DOC vs WOB or Torque vs RPM of both UR and bit, we can not make this analogy that one is less aggressive than others.

 My vendors have not shared anything much with us except a RPM vs Torque (stall) curve. Do we have anything more that can help us make this aggressivity based decision on UR and PDC bit.
