How to measure, if "Identified Time Savings", i.e during a DWOP, actually have resulted in an "Actual Time Saving"?

When optimising a well, time savings are identified, i.e. during a DWOP or other optimmisation initiatives.

But when it comes to the actual operation, it is hard to identify if the initiatives implementet during the opertion actual yielded the identified time saving.

Is there a methodology to identify that?

Thanks

Soren
